Scope of Services
Our services are defined in writing at the start of each engagement. Any changes to scope require mutual written agreement.
Revisions & Deliverables
Every engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Deliverables are provided in editable and finished formats.
Payments
Payments are handled securely via invoice. Full payment is required before delivery of final materials unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Because our work is customized, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis after work has commenced.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of information exchanged during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Muidex Career is not liable for hiring outcomes; we guarantee premium, strategic career deliverables and coaching.
